While Ruff Land kennels are built to handle the toughest conditions, some things are outside of warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal pet wear and tear
(chewing, scratching, digging)
Accidental damage
(vehicle accidents, drops, impact damage)
Misuse or improper installation of accessories
(incorrect assembly, modification, use of non-compatible parts)
Exposure to extreme weather conditions
(prolonged sun exposure, freezing temperatures, excessive moisture)

30-Day Limited Warranty on Accessories
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on non-Ruff Land brand accessories. If an item arrives defective, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
This Applies To:
✔ Non-Ruff Land brand kennel accessories
✔ Unused items that arrive defective or damaged
What’s Not Covered?
✖️Normal wear and tear (chewing, scratches, or other damage caused by your dog)
✖️Improper use or installation
If your item qualifies for a return, simply contact us with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect—we’ll take care of the rest.
